A habit tracker heatmap for Notion

Every day is a square. Click it when you’ve done the habit, and the widget shows your streaks — right inside your Notion page. Free, no account. Notion’s own charts can’t draw a heatmap; this one can.

Early access

Read your Notion habit database

Keep logging habits in Notion as usual. The database needs a Date property and a Checkbox or Number property per habit — one row per day. IVGraph reads it after every sync and the heatmap fills itself, on every device.

Use it with your own Notion data

Pick a database once — the widget fills itself after every sync. In early access now: we turn it on for your workspace by email.

FAQ

Is the habit tracker widget free?

Yes. The click-to-mark tracker is free with no account and no limits. The version that reads your Notion database comes with an IVGraph account: one widget free, more on Starter.

Where are my marks stored?

In your browser, on the device where you clicked. They don’t leave your computer, so another device or browser shows an empty tracker. To see the same data everywhere, use the version that reads a Notion database.

Can I track several habits?

Up to five in one widget — switch between them with the buttons at the top. Add another embed if you need more.

Can Notion show a habit heatmap on its own?

No. Notion’s chart view draws bars, lines and donuts — no calendar grid, and the Free plan allows one chart. Heatmap templates fake it with formulas, usually for one habit at a time.

How is this different from a Notion habit tracker template?

A template gives you a database with checkboxes. It can’t draw a calendar heatmap or count streaks — Notion’s charts are bars, lines and donuts. The widget adds that view on top of your page.

Does it work in Notion’s dark mode and on the phone?

Yes. It follows your system’s light or dark mode, and on narrow screens it shows fewer weeks so the squares stay readable.
